Ann-Charlotte Larsen
Ann-Charlotte is a senior consultant at PlanB. She is an experienced organization- and management developer and works with clients in both the private and public sector. Ann-Charlotte’s services have been in increasing demand in relation to extensive change- and development projects. Her projects are often connected to the building, implementation and animation of company culture and her ability to create common space for dialogue and the authentic leadership. Top management recruitment is another of her specialties, here mostly in the function of ”second opinion” in the recruitment process. Ann-Charlotte is a trained behaviorist with further education within organizational psychology with system theoretical orientation. Her curiosity has driven her to continuous development and she is now also a certified coach and conversational therapist in connection to big changes in life.
