Åsa Dourén
Åsa Dourén is a partner at and co-founder of PlanB. Åsa develops process leading leadership and supports change in organizations. An ongoing commitment in her work is to inspire organizations and increase the employees participation in the strategic change process. Where there is conflict, Åsa knows what to do. She is a popular coach with a focus on leadership in which life and career are in balance. She has a well-developed creative sense that helps and gives life to the development of individuals and groups. Åsa is a trained nursery school teacher with long experience in educational work. She has three years of study in management and leadership at The Kaospilot University in Denmark. In Sweden, she has studied social studies and history at university level as well. Åsa has also previously worked as an internal consultant in the public sector.
