Henrik

Henrik Challis

Henrik Challis is PlanB's CEO. He is an experienced management developer, working with clients in both private and public sectors. He is active in Sweden and Denmark, from where he works internationally. Henrik usually leads or supports teams with responsibility for strategy realization or strategic capability development, focusing on strategic portfolio management and change management. Many hire Henrik as a lecturer. He is enthusiastic and inspirational; he passes on knowledge, involving the whole group. In addition to studies in business administration, system science and an international diploma from The Kaospilot University in Denmark and the United States, Henrik also has a background in the Swedish army as an officer in the reserve with the rank of Lieutenant. Henrik has worked with a number of multinational businesses and was leader of the team awarded with the Danish "Management Award 2009" in the category of strategy and business development for an assignment in Vestas Wind Systems A/S.
