Johanne Eriksen
Johanne Eriksen is a senior consultant at PlanB. She works with facilitation and supervision of systemic cultural development in organizations, both among employees and management. She also works with conflict management, both for individuals and in groups. In addition, she works with coaching and teaching. Johanne is a qualified psychotherapist from Bodynamic International in Denmark. She is also trained at the KaosPilot University, with a focus on process management and coaching. Some of Johanne's major tasks in PlanB has been to provide collaborative and cultural development efforts in a large municipality as well as conflict management and leadership coaching at a major university.
