Kirsten Kampp
Kirsten Kampp is a senior consultant at PlanB. Kirsten has 25 years of experience from working with process management, education, training and coaching in order to create a safe but challenging learning environment for smaller, as well as larger groups of people from different origins in terms of organization, management and relationships in development and change processes. She comes with management experience from her time as Head of Education at Royal Greenland, Nuuk and Head of development at The KaosPilot University. She also initiated and developed the subject area of Creative Process Leadership at The KaosPilot University during several years. Kirsten's background gives her a profound understanding of the circumstances where management challenges and dilemmas can occur. This creates a stable and trustworthy basis for leaders, and helps to increase the possibilities for developing their leadership skills. Kirsten is certified coach; CCPC from Coaching Training Institute, USA, and Organization and Relations System Coach from Center for Right Relationship, USA, as well as Conflict Mediator, supervisor and Social worker.
