Lena Wetterskog Sjöstedt
Lena Wetterskog Sjöstedt is a senior consultant at PlanB. She has many years of experience from management development and from designing development processes in large organizations. Her focus is to develop a more strategic leadership on different levels by encouraging managers to increase their efforts to inspire, communicate and lead processes that involve all colleagues concerned – in a way that results in actual movement forward. By focusing on tasks and relationships, Lena makes use of her creative capacity to create the engagement and courage needed for change and development. Lena is licensed in MBTI and uses different methods of reasoning in order to stimulate progress in change processes. Lena has spent the latest years working as manager for the HR strategic department in Malmö city, with responsibilities covering the strategic development areas; leadership and colleagueship. Among her assignments we find leading the work with a new staff policy, program manager for different leadership development programs as well as project manager for “Engagement for Malmö”.
