Matti Straub
Matti Straub is an inspiring coach, project manager - and a helicopter pilot! He is based in Bern, Switzerland, but have projects and clients across Europe. Shortly after his training at The Kaospilot University, he started changels GmbH, a network to facilitate change in complex organizations, which he currently is the manager of. He is also a trained economist. Since 1996, Matti has coached and trained more than ten thousand leaders and entrepreneurs and has led large group change processes in companies and organizations in Europe, USA and South Africa. Matti speaks German, English, Danish, Swedish and Finnish fluently.
