Ole Dissing
Ole Dissing is a senior consultant at PlanB and professional psychologist. He has twenty years experience of leadership and organizational issues. Most of that time, he has been a manager at Novo Nordisk, COWI and Nordea and other companies where he was responsible for leadership and organizational development and strategic change. Ole has worked as a consultant for over ten years and teaches training courses for managers and is leadership coach for boards, management teams and managers. Ole has written two books Ledelse i en ny logik - ledelsestænkninger og kompetencer and Ledelsens indvendighed og etik, and is the author of many articles on leadership and organization.
