Resultatet av en SIFO undersökning beställd av PlanB’s samarbetspartner Wiminvest skrämmer. Färre än var tredje ung kvinna och hälften av de yngre männen kan tänka sig att bli chef. Samtidigt står vi i starten av en mycket stor generationsväxling med 1,6 miljoner pensionsavgångar fram till 2025.
Bland det som anses utgöra hindret för viljan att bli chef nämner 27% av männen och 24% av kvinnorna den långa tid det tar att ta sig upp i hierarkin samt 23% av männen och 36% av kvinnorna att det tar för mycket tid från privatlivet att göra karriär.
I undersökningen har 1 400 i åldern 25-35 år svarat på frågor om karriär och framtidsplaner. Läs mer om undersökningen i GP.

Vi fick det vi önskade oss allra mest när vi firade vår 10-årsdag den 15:e mars! Vi fick en eftermiddag och kväll med er!
Ett innerligt tack så mycket för denna härliga 10-årspresent!
Eftermiddagens första del ägnades åt inspirerande samtal på temat ”Be the change you want to see in the world” där Toke Paludan Møller var vår vise guide i övningarna.
Därefter vidtog ett intensivt minglande med dryck och tilltugg samt en sammanfattning av PlanB’s 10 år, hur allt startade, den första kunden samt ett axplock av alla kunder som kommit därefter.
Framåt kvällen blev det sen dags för musikaliska galenskaper med Världens snabbaste allsång®. Ola Selmén, Elton Bolton och de andra tog oss på en galen och härlig resa i musikens värld och …
