Practical management tools
A four-day program for managers with more than two years of experience as a manager. The program develops the leader with new knowledge in leadership, perspectives and tools. The program Practical leadership tools is just that – tools that you have practical benefits of in your everyday life as a leader.
Become a better and more precise leader through the communication tools offered. Learn how to manage conflicts, “difficult people” and difficult conversations. You’ll learn how to handle test and development tools that you’ll find useful for staff development – but you will also be tested himself, and may thus get a new perspective on your own strengths and weaknesses.
Motivational leadership in both ups and downs, objectives and effectiveness, planning and prioritization are another tools.
