Mikkel Kolstrup
Mikkel Kolstrup is a consultant at PlanB. He is specialized in learning management strategies, process facilitation and leadership training from a global perspective. Mikkel has several years of experience from the training department of a large multinational company where he worked with leadership development programs, coaching programs and learning management optimization. He has been engaged in developing education, programs and educational systems both on a Nordic and global level. As part of a global team he has also delivered internal leadership training to leaders on all levels of the organization, especially focusing on situational leadership. Mikkel’s energy, engagement and strong drive are important assets when working with people around him to implement strategies and processes, ensuring goal-oriented impact in the organization. Mikkel has an MSc in business and economics and is experienced with SAP both on a strategic level as well as on a practical level.
