• Introduction to coaching and the role of the coach from a systemic perspective
• Starting point – to establish a contract, subject, goal and working process
• Introduction to team coaching
• To use the concept of positioning in coaching
• The use of structure, time-out and questioning technique
• To initiate and terminate the dialogue process
• The manager as coach
• Coach training in learning teams
• Witnessing as coaching methodology
• The team coach in the appreciative position
