Conflict handling from a systemic perspective

SWEDEN, 2 days. The aim is to strengthen the methodological and systemic assets when handling conflict situations.

Content:

• Introduction to handling of conflicts from a systemic perspective
• Starting point – establish trust, contract, goals and working process
• Handling of asymmetry and levels in the system
• Handling of neutrality
• Identifying and having a dialogue with key participants
• Identifying supportive and repressive forces within the system
• Methodology for integration of differences
• How to gain approval for new solutions in the system

Fee: 6 800 SEK excluding VAT, meals and accommodation costs.
