PlanB is an organizational consulting firm, specializing in change management. The company’s headquarter is in Malmö, Sweden, with offices in Copenhagen and Stockholm.

PlanB was founded in the year 1999-2000 by Ingela Sjölund and Åsa Dourén. Ingela Sjölund was then head of development at the municipality of Helsingborg, and Åsa Dourén was a student at the Kaospilot University.
