PlanB enable, empower and execute organizational change and strategy realization.

PlanB has since its inception in 1999 carried out numerous customer contracts and thereby contributed to major changes. We have worked with some twenty municipalities, several regions, authorities and government agencies and numerous companies and global corporations.

To be able to share examples of changes that our clients have achieved, we have chosen not to have traditional customer lists on our website, but mostly anonymous case reports.

We will continue to add cases that we think will be of interest  (see list at right). There may be small, fast assignments or major transformations that run over a long period of time. Each interview includes a film in which the responsible consultant comments on the mission.
