PlanB specializes in leadership and corporate transformation.
Our name indicates our mission: we are leadership partners in a world where the only thing we can expect is that everything will be different, where change has become the constant. We believe that organizations must embrace change to continue to be successful. This era creates new demands for all of us, and it also challenges the relationship between the client and the consultant. We cooperate with our clients, enhance their knowledge and understanding, develop capability and support in execution of specific change initiatives in parallel.

PlanB has developed leaders, businesses and organizations for over ten years. PlanB’s courses and programs are based on many years of experience, navigating the gap between vision and reality. All programs are based on solid theory and proven experience. Our consultants have extensive experience in strategy, organizational development, change management and leadership development. Many have a background as executives in the public or private sector.
PlanB has offices in Malmö, Stockholm and Copenhagen, as well as outposts and partners in China, Australia, USA and Switzerland.
Awards and certifications
In 2009 PlanB was awarded the Management Award (Konsulentprisen) in the category of strategy and business development by the Confederation of Danish Industries for the effort to “support the implementation of the corporate strategy of Vestas Windsystems A/S”.
Many of PlanB’s consultants are certified, including PMI, Prince2, IPMA, CTI and PROSCI.
Public procurement
PlanB’s services are procured of the Swedish Organization for Managers (Ledarna), municipalities in the northwestern Skåne, SKI (Statens og Kommunernas Inkøbs Service A/S) in Denmark, the Swedish National Courts Administration, PostNord and the Region of Skåne.
