PlanB’s Mission
PlanB enable, empower and execute organizational change and strategy realization.
We do this by offering capability development and facilitation. Typically we train and coach managers and key personal responsible for organizational transformation and strategic change initiatives.
Vision
Our vision is a work life where vision and living reality go hand in hand, where the visionary and strategic work is a concern for all and where all managers and employees can manage the need of for change.
