Innovation is implemented development: it is products and services that meet user needs, it is results that hit the market and are being used, and it is a development that is established in the organization and create value.

We believe that employees, based on users and the market, should take part in innovation. We believe in innovation as a participatory process that enables all part of the organization, users and other related stakeholders and experts. It is inspiration, collaboration and managed processes that create and develop new ideas, products and services, and thus can create value in the market.

A lot of organizations focus on ideas. But ideas are in themselves totally useless – you have to compare them to existing needs and behaviours as well as to operational resources and goals. In return, we think that every idea has a potential to be developed to something big.
