Årets underviser i Danmark

“Og prisen som Årets underviser 2011 – i kategorien Ledelse og HR går til……. Kasper Arentoft!
For andet år i træk var Kasper Arentoft nomineret til prisen som årets underviser af CONFEX – og i år vandt han.
CONFEX er skandinaviens ledende kursus- og konferenceudbyder, med over 300 gennemførte udviklingsprogrammer og kurser med over 15000 deltagere pr. år. PlanB’s åbne programmer i Danmark – bl.a. Fra medarbejder til succesfuld leder og Lederskab i praksis – gennemføres  samarbejde med CONFEX. Prisen som årets underviser tildeles den underviser der har fået den bedste evaluering af deltagerne efter hvert gennemført program.

Case: Sensitivity needed to understand the in-service training demands

The global industry group works in an ambitious and target oriented manner with maintaining high quality level on their in-service training, their own in-house Academy.They use a number of external education consultants for their different programs, and PlanB is working with their International Project Management Program.

Our new attitude gives more permanent results

Peter Ahlm has a controller background, but works for the central unit of the University in Lund with project management of business development projects. Case: The art of being number one – and deserving it

The large company was the market leader, but in decline. There were new competitors in the market. The company had to change, but how? Time was a factor – the change had to happen fast.

Case: The municipality that wanted to make better use of project management training

The management of the large Swedish municipality has had project management training for its staff since 1996. About four years ago it decided to change the course provider. They wanted more control over training themselves, and have a stronger link between training content and existing practices. The course would be directly useful in work – the course binder would not end up on the shelf.
In PlanB, the municipality found a partner who customized a training program for the organization’s project managers and project members. PlanB learned the language of the organization’s projects and developed the course material from it.

Case: Now the university carries out better and more efficient projects

More and more data was handled as a project within a large university administration. But the staff’s knowledge of how to run effective projects varied significantly. They didn’t talk about the projects in the same way, and it was difficult to compare results and coordinate activities.
