Projektens koppling till vår kärnverksamhet, till det som vi verkligen ska göra och oftast är duktigast på att göra, är ett återkommande tvisteämne. När vi ska förändra i kärnverksamheten och börja göra något som vi inte brukar göra startar vi ett projekt och då ställs projektkulturen på sin spets.
Det finns en mängd faktorer som bidrar till en effektiv projektkultur. Förmågan och modet att involvera intressenterna, framför allt kunden eller mottagaren, är en. Projektledarens kompetens att använda redskapen i projektverktygslådan är en annan. Erfarna sakspecialisters vilja att acceptera och respektera en projektledare som inte är just sakspecialist ytterligare en.

En tid präglad av intensiv förändringstakt ställer nya krav på projektledarskapet. I vår påbörjar PlanB uppdraget med att utveckla Domstolsverket samt Sveriges Domstolars kapacitet inom projektarbete och projektledning. Den första utbildningsinsatsen genomförs den 29-31 mars med en fördjupningsdag den 24 maj.
Vi är förståss mycket stolta över att få lov att bidra till det svenska rättsväsendet med utveckling av projektkapacitet.

The large company was the market leader, but in decline. There were new competitors in the market. The company had to change, but how? Time was a factor – the change had to happen fast.

The management of the large Swedish municipality has had project management training for its staff since 1996. About four years ago it decided to change the course provider. They wanted more control over training themselves, and have a stronger link between training content and existing practices. The course would be directly useful in work – the course binder would not end up on the shelf.
In PlanB, the municipality found a partner who customized a training program for the organization’s project managers and project members. PlanB learned the language of the organization’s projects and developed the course material from it.

More and more data was handled as a project within a large university administration. But the staff’s knowledge of how to run effective projects varied significantly.
