Kulturen äter strategin till frukost

Det brukar vi proklamera lite då och då, men vad menar vi egentligen? Jo, vi menar att om vi vill nå lönsamhet och framgång så måste vi arbeta med företagskulturen, annars kan vi inte förverkliga vår strategi.
Framgångsrika organisationer som har starka och tydliga företagskulturer är till exempel IKEA, Volvo, Apple och General Electrics.
PlanB arbetar utifrån antagandet att företagskulturen inte sitter i väggarna utan att den sitter i huvudet på de människor som arbetar i företaget. Det är människorna som bär och utvecklar kulturen i sitt vardagsarbete. Kulturen består av värderingar och synsätt som manifesterar sig genom vårt sätt att driva verksamheten på, hur vi leder och fördelar arbetet och hur vi möter kunder.
