When Lars Lanker signed up for the Process Consultant program with a system theoretical orientation, he was completely free from expectations. Mostly he was curious about what ”system theoretical orientation” could mean.

Systemteori är en bred teoribildning som går över ett flertal forskningsfält – från naturvetenskap och teknik till beteendevetenskap och humaniora. Inom organisationsforskningen är systemteori ett fruktbart angreppssätt, där man ser på organisationer som komplexa, dynamiska, målorienterade processer.
