Starting point – to establish a contract, subject, goal and working process
Introduction to team coaching
To use the concept of positioning in coaching
The use of structure, time-out and questioning technique
To initiate and terminate the dialogue process
The manager as coach
Coach training in learning teams
Witnessing as coaching methodology
The team coach in the appreciative position
